Our Infrastructure

Production Units:-
Manufacturing precision engineered Automotive Pressed Components, Automotive Metal Parts, Injection Molds and other products has been made possible because of our facilities. We have two production units. One is in Peenya Industrial Area, Bengaluru (Karnataka), spread over 5500 sq ft area and other in Tumkur (Karnataka).
There are four major divisions in our unit. In the designing room, Server, Dell Precision 690 and Dell 760 models of computers are placed for advanced designing of components. In tool room, conventional mechanisms like surface grinder, tapping, milling and drilling machines and non-conventional mechanisms like SEDM and WEDMare installed. For producing Automotive Pressed Components, Injection Molds, etc., in our production shop, 22 power presses are installed that weigh 10 to 160 tonnes. The area of the shop floor is 7000 sq ft.

Our Building Blocks

The strength of our company is our group of experts. We have more than 35 employees working for the company and taking it to great heights. 15 of these employees are technical experts, 6 are quality controllers, 5 are junior technicians, 3 are supervisors, 3 are tool room managing employees, 2 are designers and rest are accountants and human resource talent acquisition people. All of our experts have good knowledge of the industry and past experience in this field.

At Divya Sree Tool Tech, we feel proud to be one such company that has received ISO certificate for ensuring total quality management throughout and consistently. Being in this domain from so long, we have good knowledge of how quality is developed. Our use of PPAP which stands for production part approval process hints the same.


In a month, we produce 5,00,000 Parts Automotive Pressed Components, Injection Molds and a variety of other items. In tooling, we have capability of Forming, Compound, Bending, Piercing and Blanking. Upto 6 cavities of injection molds are developed and part thickness of 0.1mm to 7mm is handled by our experts. Post production, we do tapping of pressed parts and vibro finish all of them. Apart from aforesaid capabilities, we have partnered with trusted names to supply sheet metals like stainless steel, copper and bronze.
